Quotes and reservation requests: Use the form below to request a price quote or a reservation. Please indicate which you need. Requesting or receiving a quote does not reserve a ride.

Your ride is confirmed only when Vermont Shuttle sends you a confirmation email or text with your trip details and fare.

Trip details: Include your pickup and destination addresses, travel date and time, passenger count, and luggage details. For airport pickups, include your airline and flight number. Mention ski equipment, child-seat requests, additional stops, and return transportation.

Before your trip: Please call (802) 343-3780 approximately 24 hours before pickup to reconfirm your trip details.

Phone hours: Daily, 6 a.m.–11 p.m. Eastern. Prearranged transportation is available 24/7, subject to availability.

 

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or change a confirmed reservation, call (802) 343-3780. Cancellations received at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup incur no cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 4 hours before pickup are charged 50% of the confirmed fare.

If the driver arrives at the confirmed pickup location and the passenger does not appear for the scheduled pickup, 100% of the confirmed fare is charged.

 

Payment Information

The reservation form authorizes your card but does not collect payment. Submitting the form does not confirm your ride.

We prefer individual customers to pay the driver.

A payment link can also be arranged.

Business customers are normally invoiced.

 

How We Use Your Information

We use the contact and trip details you provide to respond to your request, arrange transportation and communicate about your ride. We do not use your email address or phone number for marketing.

Yes, we have a limited number of child car seats available. Please request one when booking.

Can I transport ski equipment?

Yes. Please choose a vehicle other than a sedan if you are bringing ski equipment.
