Longer trips to Stowe Village, mountain lodging, the Mad River Valley, Killington, Jay Peak, and other Vermont destinations are available by arrangement.

For mountain properties, provide the exact hotel or resort address. Stowe Village and Spruce Peak, for example, are different pickup locations. We are an independent transportation provider; service to a property does not imply a hotel partnership.

What to Expect at Burlington Airport

For a confirmed BTV airport arrival, your driver meets you inside the terminal according to the pickup instructions provided with your reservation. Keep your phone available, and let us know about significant changes to your flight or itinerary. We assist with luggage.

For hotel pickups, we'll confirm your pickup address and meeting location in advance. If the hotel has multiple entrances or buildings, tell us where you would like to meet.

Vehicles for Hotel Transfers, Families & Ski Groups

Depending on your trip and availability, vehicle options include Toyota Sienna or Honda Odyssey minivans, Chevrolet Suburban or Tahoe SUVs, and a 15-passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for eligible trips within Vermont. Usable passenger capacity depends on luggage and ski equipment. The Sprinter is not available for trips outside Vermont.

Hotel Shuttle Prices & Reservations

We provide a fare quote for your specific trip. Pricing depends on the pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, vehicle, passenger count, luggage, equipment, and any extra stops or waiting time. Hotel transfers are private rides, not scheduled shared hotel shuttles.

1. Send your itinerary: hotel name and full address, destination, travel date, pickup time, and return-trip details if needed.
2. Include your party and luggage: passenger count, bags, ski equipment, and flight number for airport pickups.
3. Review your quote: confirm the fare, vehicle, meeting instructions, and applicable payment and cancellation terms.

Online requests require at least 24 hours' notice. For a ride within 24 hours, call (802) 343-3780 to check availability. Your reservation is confirmed only after Vermont Shuttle sends a confirmation email or text with your trip details and fare. An automatic form receipt or card authorization does not confirm a booking.
